Job Description :

• Responsible for ongoing meal production and timely meal service
• Test new recipes
• Clean the kitchen; put away / organize food deliveries
• Assist with kitchen inspections as needed, to ensure the foodservice production area is safe and sanitary
• Inspect storage areas on a regular basis for proper temperatures, cleanliness, and order
• Must be flexible and willing to work weekends
