Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roofing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in construction and cost estimation, along with a strong ability to interpret technical drawings and analyze data. This role is critical to ensuring that our projects are accurately planned, budgeted, and executed to meet client expectations and company goals. The Roofing Estimator will work closely with internal teams and clients to assess project needs, prepare competitive bids, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

- Evaluate project scope, specifications, and requirements by reviewing plans and documents provided by clients.
- Conduct site visits (when necessary) to gain a clear understanding of the project conditions and requirements.

Use advanced spreadsheet tools and data analysis techniques to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve accuracy in bids.Maintain detailed records of all estimates, contracts, and related documents for future reference and reporting.
