Full Time - Assistant Services Director - Southern Region (Fort Dodge & Webster City) - Fort Dodge, IA

One Vision is seeking a Full-time Assistant Services Director for our Southern Region, which includes Fort Dodge & Webster City.

As a One Vision Assistant Services Director, with support from the Regional Service Director, you will be responsible for and have functional authority for the oversight of HCBS residential services along with, but not limited to :

• Oversees the hiring, placement, transfer, orientation, evaluation, and progressive discipline of employees within assigned team.
• Conducts investigations and fact finding within assigned team.
• Promotes the health, safety, and welfare of all employees and persons served within assigned team.
• Ensure services meet or exceed professional, national accreditation, Iowa Administrative Code rules, and certification requirements.
• Promote healthy relationships between staff and people served.
• Oversees, monitors, and participates in the orientation and ongoing training of employees within assigned team.
• Assist with development and revision of policies and procedures and provides training on updated policies and procedures.
• Maintain appropriate communication with persons served and others.
