What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll :

• Deliver developmentally appropriate care for diverse populations, including individuals with physical disabilities, chronic illness, or behavioral health challenges.
• Provide advocacy and education for patients, families, and the community.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling.
• Identify and manage cases involving abuse, neglect, trafficking, grief, substance use, and psychiatric needs.
• Coordinate care and transitions across interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Connect clients with housing, food, transportation, and other social resources.
• Support organizational performance goals through evidence-based practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
