What You'll Do
As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll :
- Deliver developmentally appropriate care for diverse populations, including individuals with physical disabilities, chronic illness, or behavioral health challenges.
- Provide advocacy and education for patients, families, and the community.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling.
- Identify and manage cases involving abuse, neglect, trafficking, grief, substance use, and psychiatric needs.
- Coordinate care and transitions across interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
- Connect clients with housing, food, transportation, and other social resources.
- Support organizational performance goals through evidence-based practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
Education : Bachelor's degree (or higher) in counseling or social sciences. Licensure or eligibility for AAC, LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA, LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is preferred.Experience : 2+ years of supervised treatment experience with individuals experiencing mental illness or developmental disabilities. Candidates working toward Mental Health Professional (MHP) status are welcome.Licenses : Valid Washington State driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.Compensation & Benefits
