Communicate goals, risks, and progress to executive leadership while ensuring software quality under tight timelines

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management

Track record of building or scaling teams in high-growth environments

Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science

Technical credibility to discuss architecture and feasibility with engineers

Proven ability to deliver complex software projects under aggressive timelines
