Commercial Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to enhance its US Commercial Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data and technology solutions

Implement and maintain the company's CRM, DataMart, and BI reporting infrastructure

Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commercial data and analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Proven experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry

Confident user of Sales CRMs (Salesforce, Veeva, etc.) and familiarity with commercial data sources

Solid understanding of Life Sciences Commercial processes

Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and exposure to BI tools
