Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Frederick, MD. Candidates must have strong expertise in FTP, SolarWinds / DataDog, and ITSM tools, with the ability to create SOPs and troubleshoot P1 / P2 issues independently.

Rate Range : $40 / hour to 41 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst job responsibilities include :

• Monitor and maintain computer infrastructure, including servers, networks, and FTP accounts, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot batch job scheduling tools, resolving issues and participating in P1 / P2 incident handling.
• Use monitoring tools like SolarWinds and DataDog to proactively identify and address system anomalies.
• Respond to escalated service requests and incidents, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily system and application maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support 24x7 operations.

Pay Details : $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
