The Ecommerce Specialist - Platforms & Experiences supports the management, optimization, and day-to-day execution of RallyHouse.com\'s ecommerce platform. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless and engaging customer shopping experience through accurate product presentation, site merchandising, promotional execution, and ongoing website enhancements. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, this role helps maintain Rally House’s best-in-class online shopping experience while driving revenue and supporting key marketing and merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing Rally House’s product presentation, category pages, and promotional content to align with business goals and brand standards.
• Execute daily and weekly website updates, including homepage content, banners, landing pages, and navigation changes.
• Support the launch of Hot Markets by quickly and accurately setting up products, categories, and promotional messaging.
• Assist in testing and monitoring site functionality to ensure a seamless user experience, reporting any issues to the Ecommerce team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Buying, IT) to ensure accuracy of product data, pricing, and promotional details.
• Monitor key site performance metrics (traffic, conversion, click-through rates) and assist in reporting trends to inform future optimizations.
• Ensure all online content follows SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Provide support for new platform features and enhancements, assisting with quality assurance testing and documentation as needed.
• Assist in gathering and responding to customer experience feedback to enhance site usability and engagement.
