What we offer RN Pay Rate $38 - $44 based on experience LPN Pay Rate $30 - $36 based on experience RN Sign-on Bonus - $10,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment) LPN Sign-on Bonus - $8,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment) A growing company with opportunities for advancement Job Description The RN / LPN Nurse provides support to the Director of Nursing and can take many of the responsibilities and tasks of the Director when they are not present in the building.
