General Overview : This position involves instructing, directing, and checking the work of Business Analysts. Duties include delegation of assignments, guidance and training, coaching / mentoring, identifying, monitoring and documenting employee performance, conducting the interview / hiring process, and facilitating the attainment of department goals. The position provides project oversight, direction and instruction to a team of other staff regarding solutions to meet business needs, as well as anticipating impact and proposing solutions. The incumbent is expected to inspire, encourage, motivate and lead employees through coaching, to reach their fullest potential and to achieve the established goals.

Pay Range Minimum : $67,500.00 Pay Range Maximum : $126,000.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
