This role is based in OGMA in Alverca do Ribatejo, Portugal for a two-year assignment, with up to 30% travel within the European region to support GTF DATs.
What You Will Do :
Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines, Aftermarket Operations (AMO) is seeking a motivated, technically proficient, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Industrialization Lead (P5) . This role involves leading overhaul readiness efforts and the development and implementation of new engine center partners (DATs) in the APAC region to support the Commercial Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Engine Program. As the DAT Industrial Lead for the region, you will oversee and advance New DAT readiness through a defined gated "passport" process, expedite understanding of shop, business, and technical processes, and serve as the on-site liaison between new DATs and Pratt & Whitney support teams. This position is based in Portugal for two years and requires up to 30% travel within the assigned territory.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, location, education, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits and incentive programs as described in the full notice.
