Experience :

Experience in clinical decision-making for suicidal clients.

Experience in conducting biopsychosocial assessments of youth.

License :

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT)

Certifications :

Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal pursuant to relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code.

Must-Have :

Ability to assess the risk of suicide and mental health stability for incarcerated juveniles.

Ability to perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments for incarcerated youth.

Ability to make informed clinical decisions related to treatment status and needs.

Ability to ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation.

Ability to collaborate closely with behavioral health services to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Willingness to provide coverage during weekends and holidays as coordinated.

Description :

The Behavioral Health Provider operates under the general supervision of the facility behavioral health services supervisor.

In this part-time contract role, you will assess the risk for suicide and mental health stability among incarcerated juveniles.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments and updates for youth involved in legal proceedings and residing in correctional facilities.

Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context.

You may be exposed to clients who may be potentially violent.

You may be exposed to unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases.
