ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Location : Arlington, VA

Description :

• Responsible for designing and configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow to meet specific client business requirements. Work closely with Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document the business outcomes and functional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solution designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions to align with the designed requirements and ensure solutions meet industry best practices. Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies. Assist architects in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to- end processes.

The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is responsible for : Designing and configuring ServiceNow Product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM etc.). Guide developers in building custom new applications and corresponding Service processes.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary Range : $145,000-170,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
