Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership and service skills who want to grow within one of Louisiana’s premier hospitality groups.

Responsibilities
Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality
Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate seamless service between kitchen and dining room
Handle guest relations, including addressing concerns and maintaining positive experiences
Oversee staff scheduling, floor management, and operational flow
Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in achieving financial and operational goals
Uphold compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisory role in fine dining or upscale restaurants
Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development
Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, and service standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
