As the Operations Manager you will oversee billing contracts and administrative functions for DESS. Youll manage productivity and contract utilization reporting accounts receivable and cash applications while leading operational and financial projects. You will also serve as the key project management specialist and provide critical support in budgeting and revenue analysis.

DESS partners with child-serving institutions to provide services in early learning behavioral and mental health treatment academic interventions and prevention programming. We also offer direct staff placement diagnostic evaluations and consultation services to school districts.

Qualifications

Education : Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Experience : 57 years in a financial environment required; experience in mental health and / or education preferred. Supervisory experience and project management skills strongly desired.

Skills : Strong organizational analytical and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
