Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Provide clinical & administrative support in absence of Nurse Manager / Leadership

Coordinate, direct, and serve as resource for nursing staff

Ensure quality patient care delivery per hospital standards

Allocate nursing staff resources effectively

Interpret & clarify hospital policies for staff and personnel

Support staff orientation, development, and input to Nurse Managers

Facilitate staff attendance and participation in hospital meetings

Demonstrate sound decision-making in critical situations

Certifications / Licenses :

Active Massachusetts RN license

BLS (required)

ACLS (required)

Experience\n\nMinimum 3 years recent nursing experience\nBSN required (or in progress)
