We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to both in-person sales and digital marketing efforts within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting brand growth by engaging with customers in the showroom and executing successful online campaigns.

Responsibilities :

• Educate and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information about products and promoting sustainable craftsmanship.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage digital advertising initiatives, including Google Ads and Meta Business Suite, to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Create visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of online campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of local and national marketing strategies.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns to maintain customer relationships and expand audience reach.
• Support content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
• Maintain the dual-brand presence by managing content distribution across all digital channels.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro for content creation.
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace and email campaign management.
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and trends within the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Experience in showroom sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
