MLR (MLee Recruiting) is looking for a full-time, permanent Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team at a well-regarded acute-care hospital near Merkel, Texas!

Salary Range : $60,297 - $85,198 annually

Core Responsibilities :

• Patient Monitoring and Evaluation : Consistently assess and monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition, responding swiftly to any changes or concerns.
• Treatment Administration : Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision, and perform medical procedures with careful attention to detail.
• Care Collaboration : Work alongside physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient.
• Patient and Family Education : Clearly explain medical conditions, treatment options, and post-hospital care plans to patients and their families, offering emotional support as needed.
• Emergency Response : Act quickly in urgent medical situations, providing necessary critical care interventions.
• Documentation : Keep accurate, detailed patient records, noting all treatments and reporting any significant changes in patient status.
