Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole regional operator for Alive Water in the Portland, OR. & Vancouver, WA. area until we grow overseeing daily delivery operations with minimal supervision.
• Pick up, load, and unload reusable glass water jugs (two 31-lb. jugs per carry; 62 lbs. total with handles).
• Deliver Alive Waters premium living spring water to homes and businesses across the region.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with customers and representing our values.
• Manage and track local inventory; maintain accurate bottle and delivery records.
• Coordinate with the Los Angeles headquarters team for scheduling, logistics, and regional updates as well as general daily communications.
• Work independently and efficiently to fulfill deliveries, manage route planning, and ensure timely service.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, driving hours, and fuel expenses.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promptly answer job-related calls and messages.
• Uphold a positive, self-motivated, and reliable approach in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery, logistics, or driver experience preferred but not required.
• Growth-oriented
• Must reside in or close proximity to Clackamas, 97015 area (within 30 minute drive).
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and time management.
• Leadership qualities and a proactive mindset are highly valued.
• Familiarity with GPS systems and navigation (including offline use).
• Clean driving record and compliance with all driving regulations.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and smartphone proficiency.
• Must have available parking (at or near residence, or access to a monthly parking garage) suitable for a company minivan.
