Job descriptionAverage $88,700 / year Stable pay STARTING at $1531 / week after initial training (includes delivery premium) Pay increase in 6 months to $1590 60+ years of profit sharing Partial pay for road expenses (per diem) Extra trips available to increase your weekly pay Cover a dedicated region consisting of the Northeastern states Run an average of 2.25 overnight trips per week Unload cases of snack cakes safely and efficiently Always off sundown Friday to sundown Saturday Current Class A CDL Minimum 18 months experience driving a tractor trailer Willingness to drive team Ability to unload a trailer containing cases of snack cake products, regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds Safe driving record and good work history Ability to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment Competitive, steady weekly pay Profit-sharing cash bonus program 401(k) with matching contributions 19 days Paid Time Off (for vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time, etc.) Medical insurance, including health, dental, vision and prescription drug plan Supplemental plans, including life insurance Fully-paid parental leave Health Center and Pharmacy Tuition reimbursement Credit Union Exercise and recreation facility Wellness programs with incentives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short-term and long-term disability benefits (company-paid) =includes extra trips
