Overview

Brunswick is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role supports the development of visually compelling content across multiple channels such as digital, print, and events. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, digitally-first thinking designer with a strong eye for detail, a passion for brand consistency, and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.

Essential Functions

• Design creative assets for a wide range of channels including : email, web, social media, digital ads, brochures, signage, internal communications, presentations, booth graphics, promotional materials
• Develop design execution based on creative direction provided by senior creatives
• Collaborate closely with the creative partners and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all creative execution, ensuring consistency
• Organize and prepare design files for production and distribution
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, contributing creative ideas and perspectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $104,300.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
