What You'll Do

• Assess & Support : Conduct thorough mental and physical assessments, identifying needs and creating personalized care plans.
• Lead Recovery : Administer and manage medications, educate patients and families, and track progress in a collaborative, trauma-informed way.
• Guide & Empower : Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic support during acute moments of need.
• Collaborate & Coordinate : Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers to ensure holistic care.
• Create Safety & Structure : Maintain a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes trust, dignity, and healing.

Qualifications

Pay :  $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
