Pennsylvania Licensed Revenue Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Capture Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Revenue Integrity division by identifying and communicating revenue improvement opportunities

Perform charge capture audits and resolve billing and charging issues

Provide education to clinical and billing staff and act as a subject matter expert on revenue integrity projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5-8 years of hospital industry experience, preferably in charge description master maintenance, revenue cycle, coding, and billing

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant health care field preferred

Licensure or certification such as CCA, CCS, COC, or equivalent required within 3 years of hire

Epic certification(s) preferred
