ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners

Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations

Analyze clients' needs and create solutions while negotiating order pricing and warranty applications

Required Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must reside in the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO / IL counties

Six months of customer service experience required

Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
