Description :

Ensure prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission.

Resume and license verification also need to be attached.

State license must be verified.

References from three individuals are required.

A county criminal background check for the last seven years is needed for all counties lived and worked in.

Federal criminal background checks for the last seven years or more are required.

A multi-state criminal search for the last seven years or more is necessary.

A nationwide sex offender search for the last seven years or more must be completed.

HHS / OIG and GSA searches are required.

A social security number trace must be performed.

Two-step PPD or Quantiferon test results or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray are necessary.

SAM search must be conducted.

This position has a normal urgency level.
