Service Desk Analyst : Requirements : Hands on experience 2 to 5 years working IT administration. History supporting large organizations (supporting 3,000 to 4,000 users).Able to work / commute to two office locations in the Detroit area : Warren, MI and Sterling Heights, MI.Ability to manage workload independently and have clear communication skills.

Technical Skills Software : Windows Active Directory Adding new users / computers Passwords Deleting users from AD New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience.Office 365 Experience- Admin Experience Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point Managing M365 licensingExperience with 2 factor Authentication, preferably Okta Setting up accounts / troubleshooting authentication issues Resetting PasswordExperience with Installing Software Past experience using a RMM tool a plus Hardware : Setting up new printers / peripherals Setting up / troubleshoot laptop and desktop system VPN / Wifi remote troubleshooting users that are offline or remoteExperience with ServiceDesk, preferably Jira Open / modify / close Service requests. Soft Skills Multitasking Work well under pressure. Team player / Work in a Team environment
