You'll receive work requests via iPads and interact directly with customers to resolve electrical issues professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in commercial environments.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with the office and customers to ensure smooth job completion.
• Understand and apply electrical codes for proper installation of all electrical devices.
• Report material needs and obstacles to the Service Manager.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any concerns.
• Participate in the emergency / on-call rotation as needed.
