Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Dallas. This position is best suited for a high paced, hands-on individual who is driven by a strategic and collaborative recruiting approach Who is looking for an in office environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition leader to design, develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy and program that consistently delivers top talent
• Partner with internal clients to find, evaluate and select top talent for the firm
• Lead firm-wide campus recruiting program
• Facilitate candidate workflow including : sourcing, applicant review, interview coordination, candidate pre-screens, extend and negotiate offers
• Develop relationships with internal clients in order to manage hiring needs, provide progress updates, and offer consultative recruiting practices
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to measure KPIs, analyze metrics and consistently meet the agreed-upon targets.
• Able to lead projects and balance multiple priorities
