We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our established adult primary care team. You’ll partner with a group of dedicated physicians and advanced providers delivering high-quality care to a diverse and growing patient population.

What You’ll Do :

Manage routine and chronic care for adult patients

Conduct annual wellness visits, follow-ups, and preventive screenings

Collaborate with in-house specialists and support staff

Focus on patient education, access, and continuity of care

Utilize integrated EMR and value-based tools to guide treatment plans
