About the Role

Civil Technology, Inc. (CTI) is seeking a highly capable ORAT Technician to support our Aviation business unit. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that new airport facilities, systems, and operational environments transition seamlessly from construction into safe, efficient day-one operations.

The ORAT Technician will contribute to the full ORAT lifecycle—from early operational planning through readiness, trials, activation, and post-opening stabilization. A major focus of the role will be developing standardized ORAT templates and workflows, building structured processes within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) , and coordinating closely with DEN's Asset Management team to ensure accurate, repeatable, and well-documented operational readiness practices.

This is a high-visibility role supporting complex capital improvement projects across a rapidly evolving airport environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Process & Template Development

• Develop standardized ORAT templates, checklists, trackers, and documentation needed across multiple project types.
• Build, refine, and maintain ORAT workflows and process maps aligned with DEN's ORAT governance framework.
• Collaborate with Asset Management to ensure alignment between ORAT documentation and facility handover requirements.
