Job Description & Requirements Specialty : LPN / LVN Discipline : LPN / LVN Start Date : 12 / 08 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 37.5 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Facility : Mohawk Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC) Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care Shift : 8-hour Days (6 : 30 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m.) Schedule : Every other weekend required Hours : 37.5 guaranteed hours per week Contract Length : 13 weeks Requirements : Active New York LPN license BLS certification (current) Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC preferred) Must be able to float to all units within the same building Patient Population : Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic, Dementia, and Memory Care patients Unit Size : 40 beds Additional Notes : 75-mile radius rule applies (locals accepted at local rate) EMR : PointClick Care About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
