Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, preventive maintenance, and general repairs of the building’s systems and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to building emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including filter changes, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking garage, and surrounding grounds) in clean and operational condition.
• Provide chairs to residents when requested.
• Opening and closing umbrellas for guests and keeping pool furniture in order.
• Maintaining beach bathrooms, cleaning BBQ’s and the surrounding area.
• Ensuring beach furniture is returned to the storage area and umbrellas are properly closed and stored.
• Maintaining and patrolling all grounds and areas for trash and moving dumpsters to the collection area.
• Maintaining the underground garage.
• Leaf blowing, power washing pool deck and paved areas including parking lot.
• Light Landscaping, painting and other duties assigned.
• Ensure tools, inventory, and maintenance supplies are well-stocked and properly stored.
• Follow all safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support tasks such as pressure washing, and exterior upkeep.
