Compensation :
$99,000 - $125,500 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through trust and long-term service.
- Identify clients’ financial needs and objectives through fact-finding and analysis.
- Develop customized strategies to help clients meet goals such as retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and income protection.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support as clients’ needs evolve.
- Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance your skills and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with mentors, managers, and partners to grow your career and client base.

Bilingual preferred but not required.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.Business-Driven mindset and the ability to work independently.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Willingness to obtain state life and health insurance licenses (training provided).Willingness to pursue FINRA registration (Series 6 or 7 and 63), supported and sponsored by New York Life.About Company
