UI / UX Designer

A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer to support ongoing Federal programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and convert findings into actionable design tasks Develop user interfaces from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate with project stakeholders Maintain design files and ensure compliance with web standards and accessibility best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related field, with 2-4 years of experience Portfolio showcasing research and UX / UI design skills Experience with design software such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Design Suite Knowledge of user research techniques and responsive web design principles Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and accessibility compliance standards
