Position : Content Marketing Associate at a Tier-1 VC-backed startup

Opportunity of a lifetime

We are seeking a content creator who enjoys being in front of the camera and has strong editing skills. The role involves creating memes and short videos, but we primarily want you to tell compelling stories of users worldwide, channeling your inner Anthony Bourdain. The position is based in New York City with monthly travel.

Crema Social is a rapidly growing international cultural exchange and dating startup backed by top-tier venture capital, with a seasoned team and multiple successful exits. Although still semi-stealth, we already boast hundreds of thousands of users and are scaling quickly.

Despite our stealth status, we are supported by two leading Silicon Valley VC firms and partners who are multiple-time Forbes Midas Listers, with over tens of billions of dollars in exits.

The ideal candidate has extensive social media experience, with demonstrable work on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, and can craft believable stories. Recent graduates with a communications degree are preferred. Design skills for editing are a plus.

We offer housing in a luxury New York building that serves as our startup hub, along with a modest cash salary and travel allowance.

Qualifications :

Content creation, editing, and social media management skills

Comfort with embracing controversy on social media

Active and engaging social media presence (@socials)

Experience developing content strategies and optimizing content for social media

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

Location : New York City (mandatory)
