Position Function :
Assist Personal Trust Officers with the administration of IRA, agency, trust, probate, and guardianship accounts. Fulfill routine account administration needs in the Trust Officer’s absence.
Senior :
Use independent judgment and discretion to perform essential functions.

Primary Accountabilities :
- Perform administrative / compliance reviews, correspondence, and service clients.
- Assist trust officers with satisfying internal and external audit requirements.
- Administrative tasks include client bill payments, account distributions and fund transfers, preparation of account reviews and memos for Trust Management Committee and Board Trust.
- Coordinate account set up and closing with Operations personnel. Assist with asset transfers.
- Input and retrieve information and generate reports from trust accounting system, and other duties as assigned.
- Obtain quotes from third party providers (appraisal, contracting, real estate rental / sales, insurance, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.Experience : Specialist I :
1+ years of experience as an Assistant to a trust officer, estate planning attorney, or financial planner, or in the sales of financial or trust products required.Specialist II :
2+ years of experience as an Assistant to a trust officer, estate planning attorney, or financial planner, or in the sales of financial or trust products required.Specialist III :
3+ years of experience as an Assistant to a trust officer, estate planning attorney, or financial planner, or in the sales of financial or trust products required.Senior Specialist :
4+ years of experience as an Assistant to a trust officer, estate planning attorney, or financial planner, or in the sales of financial or trust products required.Physical Requirements & Working Conditions :
Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and / or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications.Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions.Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents.Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time.
