Product Manager, Tff Accessories

We are seeking a experienced Product Manager, TFF Accessories to join our growing Systems team. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the Accessories business which includes products such as single-use pumps, sensors, connectors, and bottles used for critical bioprocessing applications. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative environment.

You will be part of a cross functional team of highly motivated and collaborative colleagues that deliver best-in-class single-use bioprocessing systems and industry-leading filtration solutions. We are proud to set the standard for success with our revolutionary next-generation bioprocess platforms. This role will be based in MA and will report to Janice Simler.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager, TFF Accessories will be responsible for :

• Drive and ensure the long-term success of the Accessories business.
• Understand customer needs and competition to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Manage the lifecycle process from quoting to delivery, including new product development, successful launches, product support and promotion, training, and internal coordination between sales, operations, planning, service, and compliance teams.
• Focus on product revenue, growth, and overall performance, including complaints management.
• Collaborate with the sales team and Bioprocessing Sales Specialists to drive technology adoption and support the internal organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective product collaterals, training materials and manage promotional campaigns.
• Drive resolution of customer inquiries and complaints with required internal functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and R&D
