Claims Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily claims processing activities to meet service level agreements and quality standards

Lead and support claims staff through effective communication and hands-on guidance

Analyze production and performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in an operational environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Progressive experience in healthcare claims operations

Strong working knowledge of claims processing systems and regulatory requirements
