Key Responsibilities :

  • Creative Execution :

Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director to develop and execute compelling creative assets.

  • Participate actively in Creative Review meetings to understand project requirements and receive feedback.
  • Implement feedback diligently to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards.
  • Work alongside writers and other designers to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Design Development :

    • Utilize your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, to produce high-quality designs.

  • Adhere to established brand guidelines and leverage existing design templates while also demonstrating the ability to create innovative, original designs.
  • Translate creative briefs into visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Project Management :

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work even under tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make well-informed design decisions.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge in graphic design to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
