Lind Media Company is looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Executive to join our team, with a focus on our Western Ohio Markets (Marion, Upper Sandusky, and Tiffin). This is a full-time hybrid role, with 3 days a week in our Mansfield office and 2 days spent actively engaging clients and prospects in your territory. You'll sell strategic outdoor advertising solutions, manage client relationships, and play a direct role in helping businesses thrive. What You'll Do

• Own your territory : generate leads, make in-person and phone sales calls, and build relationships with local advertisers
• Promote and sell outdoor advertising campaigns tailored to each client's goals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Conduct territory research, marketing surveys, and site evaluations
• Educate clients on outdoor advertising strategies and ROI
• Manage your time efficiently between office and field work
