Must be available for : 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM, varying days, five (5) days per week, including weekends & holidays -AND-2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM, varying days, five (5) days per week, including weekends & holidays Locations - South Region : Buena Park, Santa Ana, and Lomita

Momentum is hiring a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Floaters to support disabled individuals with daily living needs in a group home residential setting. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) Floater is a DSP who is flexible to working at locations other than their home base location. A DSP Floater will be a “traveling DSP” within a region designated by a home base location.
