Construction Project Manager

With projects ranging from $40M to $100M+, you'll lead meaningful work, backed by a generous and employee-focused leadership team.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects; commercial project experience is a plus
• Manage large-scale multifamily projects from $40M to $100M+, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Outlook
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets and schedules
• Oversee subcontractor performance, address change orders, and ensure contract compliance
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers and support the field team
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and architects to meet all technical requirements

Salary : $160,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and spouses, 401(k) with 3% match after one year, PTO with accrual (starting at one week, negotiable), bonus opportunities, and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis. Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement is provided for local Bay Area travel.
