Our client is seeking a Solutions Analyst to serve as Systems Administrator for ServiceNow, creating and maintaining the service catalog. This role will serve as a crucial link between the organization's business objectives and IT capabilities.
The Solutions Analyst systematically studies the organization's processes and procedures, identifying gaps or inefficiencies utilizing infrastructure domain knowledge. This analysis then forms the basis for designing and implementing IT Infrastructure solutions to automate specific processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness. The Solutions Analyst role is critical in driving Infrastructure's technological advancement and ensuring a seamless integration of IT with business processes. The Solutions Analyst plays a central role in the digital transformation agenda. They ensure that IT solutions not only automate and streamline processes but also align closely with the organization's business objectives.
Key Accountabilities :
Conduct comprehensive studies of the organization's current processes and procedures, identifying areas that could benefit from automation or improvement.
Based on the analysis, develop and design IT solutions that can automate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the organization.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and other personnel, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
Maintain awareness of and adhere to rules impacting the solution delivery process, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational mandates, ensuring solutions are robust and sustainable.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from conceptualization to implementation.
