LIHTC Attorney

My client is seeking a highly motivated attorney with strong real estate and financing experience to join their nationally recognized practice focused on affordable housing and low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC). This role offers the chance to lead sophisticated transactions from start to finish while working directly with developers, lenders, and governmental entities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in affordable housing, LIHTC, or complex real estate / financing transactions
• Lead transactions representing Purchasers in fast paced purchase and sale negotiations, documentation, title review, property due diligence and property transfer
• Prepare easements, licenses, joint use agreements and cost sharing agreements necessary for property operation
• Experience with private and public lending
• Familiarity working with governmental agencies
