Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – $50-55 / hr

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. The SLP will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. This role plays a vital part in helping students achieve their communication goals, access curriculum effectively, and build confidence in academic and social settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy programs based on student needs.
• Participate in the development and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress and carry over skills into the classroom.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and therapy notes in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Consult with staff and families regarding communication strategies and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development activities.
