urologist to join their expanding team of 30+ urologists and 18

APPs. The opportunity exists from ongoing growth and rising patient

Position Highlights :

• General urology opportunity with immediate patient

volume and OR access

providers (APPs) supporting physicians

experience preferred but not required

typically 1 : 7 or 1 : 8, but varies by call pod

clinical assistant for triage and surgery scheduling; MAs shared at

each office

urology workflows

(inpatient and outpatient), holmium laser, and fusion prostate

biopsy

procedures

pelvic medicine, and andrology

signing bonus and comprehensive benefits package

Transition to productivity-based compensation model after initial

period. Partnership track available, based on productivity

surgery center, imaging, radiation therapy, research, and

dispensary services
