What You’ll Do :

Apply power coatings to metal parts for a high-quality finish

Perform quick color changes and minimize downtime

Maintain power coating equipment and ensure cleanliness

Assist with hanging / unloading operations and workflow coordination

Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area

What We’re Looking For :

1+ year of powder coating experience required

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment

Ability to read measurements and ensure coating precision

Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods

Forklift certification a plus
