Patient Demographics : All ages neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics

Patient Volume / Census : 1015 patients per day

Case Mix : Standard primary care

Procedures : Standard primary care procedures

FACILITY INFORMATION

Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital, outpatient clinic

EMR System : Cerner

Specialty Backup Available : Not specified

Support Staff Available : RN and administrative support

Reason for Coverage : Ongoing coverage need

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active California medical license required

Board : Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

DEA : Required

Certifications : BLS required

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience required

Other Qualifications : Proficiency with Cerner EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for patients of all ages

Manage daily patient volume of 1015 per day

Perform standard primary care procedures

Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff for patient care delivery

Ensure documentation in Cerner EMR and maintain compliance with facility standards
