OTR Flatbed Drivers

Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year

Base pay : 60CPM + up to 4CPM in performance incentives

$1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks

Up to 5.5CPM loyalty pay earned from day one

$75 tarp pay, $100 dwell pay

Home every 2 weeks - 5 days per month

No Flatbed experience required for experienced OTR drivers

$1,250 orientation pay
