Physical Therapist Outpatient Carbondale Clinic. Working 4-10 hour days / week, weekdays will vary, but will include a Saturday schedule. QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy

Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado

At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.

BLS through the American Heart Association.

Flu Vaccine - no exemption.
